Privacy Notice

Catalyst Event Solutions Pty Ltd collects your personal information on the EventsAir platform for the primary purpose of facilitating your registration and attendance at the ANZUP ASM.

Where you have consented, this information (name, organisation and email address only) will be shared with sponsors and exhibitors of the ASM.

The first time you go into the ANZUP ASM APP you will be able to personally decide how you would like your name displayed to other APP participants. You will also be able to decide if you wish to provide additional personal details for other APP participants to see.

Information will also be collected during the event such as metadata on the booths and locations you have visited, session attendance, participation in Q&A, polling and chat sessions and the length of time spent engaging with the event including via the EventsAir platform and APP. This information will be used to help improve the event in future years and facilitate follow-up if individuals requested a chat/meeting with a fellow attendee, sponsor or exhibitor, or had questions that were not answered.

Catalyst Event Solutions PL will not disclose this information to a third party without your agreement, except in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 and other relevant privacy laws. 

Your use of the EventsAir platform is also subject to the EventsAir Terms and Conditions.
